How do souls communicate with each other?

The human soul is quite complex with many layers and variations.  You imagine it as a separate entity or a blob with a link to another separate entity.  But it is not quite like that.  The human soul is complex in that it has far reaching connections, so many avenues for communication.  These connections are like cords with plugs at the end that connect to many different sources.  So a human soul may have infinite number of connections and plugs.  The way of transferring information at each plug is through a variety of means.  It is much like osmosis or a process of movement of energy or vibration.  The soul is constantly connecting and collecting information.

Do the souls of 2 humans actually get together and communicate separately from the human?

Not specifically and intentionally, no.  It is the human that connects with the human in a soulful way.

A soul that does not have a human, does it communicate with other souls in a different way than this process described?

Yes, now you are getting into the territory that you believe a human soul communicates.  A soul to soul communication without a human body is different.  The human body make the soul connection more unique, different.  In a soul to soul connection there is just ‘all that is’.  There is vibration and melding or merging of information, there is not so much of an exchange or transferring of information.  The soul chooses to be in human form so it can gather much more information through these intricate connections.  The human is like a vehicle for the soul.

What else do I need to know about soul to soul communication either in a body or without a body.

The key here is that souls communicate with each other through the human form – but in a soulful way.  It feels like the souls are doing their own thing and seeking out other souls or having higher conversations with other souls separate from the human but this is not the case.  The souls communicate through the human form and involve the human in all its being.  To accept that you are soul (not just have a soul) will help with this understanding. 

You are soul and you communicate with other souls through the human form, through the human communication methods of touch, speech etc.  The soul also gathers information through the human thoughts.  When thoughts travel to far reaching places, countries, people, situations, then the soul travels through the thought form and collects and gathers information and communicates with other souls through this medium as well.

A soul chooses to be human so it can experience these connections and to gather information.  When it returns to source the information gathered is transferred back to source and with all other souls through this osmosis process.  All souls are constantly getting information ‘upgrades’ through this collective gathering of information.  You might call this the collective consciousness.  As one soul learns so does another.  But most importantly it is through the human experience that this happens. 

This is why it sometimes feels that your soul is pushing you through your comfort zone into unknown territory.  Of course!  Because all souls want to experience more and more.  It is exciting and exhilarating.  This is what life is about.  For a human to be stuck in a limited life does not fulfil the soul or it yearning for experience so many people feel this un-fulfilment in their lives.  Yes the soul may seem like an annoying part of you who keeps you moving forward and giving you those proverbial kicks up the butt, but it is in this moving forward and experiencing new things that the human will feel most fulfilled as it comes into alignment with the soul.
