the light you have within. Through my own experience and the techniques I have learnt, I believe that all illness (physical, mental and emotional) comes from an energy imbalance which then affects our physical body creating illness. When we get in touch with emotions we are not dealing with, we start to heal ourselves. Chronic illness especially is a result of becoming disconnected from our spiritual body (energy body) and ultimately our physical body, which is why we experience pain. Our body cries out for us to love and acknowledge it. We forget who we really are (spiritual beings having a physical experience), what makes us happy, what our life's purpose is. It is through our ability to change ourselves, the way we think and view the world around us, that we have the capacity to heal ourselves. My goal through this website and the courses and therapies I offer is to re-connect you with your spirit (your energy body), and empower you in the process of healing, so you can be physically and energetically healthy and happy. Healing is a process; it is not just something that happens. Once you start to shine from within it affects everyone you come in contact with. It is like a ripple effect and health and happiness will spread one person at a time. As we each inspire and teach others to become the best that they can be. |
