![]() The world outside of your body and around you may literally feel like it is going crazy at the moment and this may be dragging you into the crazy as well. There are world events, natural disasters and evidence of chaos everywhere you look. In the grand scheme of things this is just the world and its people clearing their “stuff” and resetting and it is actually not a ‘bad’ thing, but when you are in the middle of it all it can feel unsettling. The only way to get through this is to ignore the outside world and go within and keep it personal and close to you. You may be feeling forced to go inward because it is the only option left, if your outer life is going so crazy that you can't take it anymore. This is the only space where you find a constant, a beacon of light, your guiding force – the only thing that is REAL. The more attention and energy you give to the outside world the more energy you give it - you actually keep the “crazy” going. And the funny thing is.... this outside world is not even REAL, it is just a reality that is made up by many people who convince lots of other people that it is also real.... the only thing that is real, is that inner space within you. Because it is REAL TO YOU and that is the only thing that is important. This inner space is so personal. This process of going inward is deeply personal. You cannot compare yourself to others or do what others are doing, you must follow your own instincts and try new things, even if they do not seem logical. Constantly remind yourself to go inward until it just becomes who you are being in every moment. This doesn’t mean you have to meditate for hours and hours on end (although this would be great if practical!) just remind yourself to stay focussed on yourself and not get distracted by the world around you which seems to be screaming for your attention and urging to DO something. But the only thing you need to DO is to stay in your own space, your own energy, your own feelings, your own intuition and instincts. It really doesn’t matter what the rest of the world is doing. You do not need to fix yourself or fix anything around you – just BE you and BE connected to the inner you (the real you) and not be distracted by anything else. The best outcome when you are connected to the inner you is peace and truth – this is all there is. It may feel like a temporary escape from the crazy world out there but over time you will learn that this is all there is – this is all that is real and what is happening in the world around you is not the reality that you want or believe in anymore. When you connect with this deeply personal and unique process of going inward you may find that lots of things want to change: Food changes Exercise changes Leisure changes Wants and desires change What gives you joy changes What makes 'sense' changes Everything changes and therefore your reality in your outside world changes as a result of what is being projected from within you - from this inner you where there is only peace and truth. Everything in every moment needs inner involvement. Do not do anything out of habit anymore check and recheck within – what really feels right in this moment for you, what do you desire/want/need to do for your soul body right now. And do not do anything just because other people are doing it - check with your inner self.... is this what you need to do? Does this reflect your inner truth? The more we connect with the inner self the more the soul can take up more space inside our bodies and our consciousness. This means that old unprocessed stuff maybe making a comeback into your consciousness, so that it can be let go of. Know that anything that is not of peace, love and inner-truth showing up in your outside world is just something that can now be let go of. Simply state this is now let go, use any energy clearing technique you know or just command that it is so. Take a deep breath and feel the weight shift and lift from your energetic and physical body. Then allow your inner soul light to move through the empty spaces within you – visualise this, imagine this or again just state that this is now happening. This is how the world changes. This is how we make it through these crazy times! By being REAL with the inner self, being our true selves and not by getting distracted by the crazy world around us and getting sucked into the crazy ourselves. Have fun, keep it light, don't try and fix everything that is wrong, just go within, focus on yourself, and create your outer reality from this inner reality. Things will change, not only for you but for everyone.
