How to thrive as a multi-dimensional being in a 3rd Dimensional world

In this article I have used the terms dimensions and vibration.  Use whatever frame of reference suits you best – these are not definitive, but a convenient way of categorising the ascension or evolution process, so an understanding or frame of reference can be attained to explain certain concepts.

We are multi-dimensional beings living predominantly in a 3rd dimensional world.  So the question is, how do we maintain a high vibration and our multi-dimensional nature while still interacting and being a part of the 3D world?

In the 3rd Dimension we tend to focus on the physical body and on day to day interactions with an intense focus.  This means that we place a lot of energy and attention on a certain task or what is going on in front of us.  It can be another person we are interacting with, a physical pain or illness, cooking meals, housework, gardening or even our bills and bank accounts.  The 3D world is quite detailed and specific and it is really easy for us to fall into this 3rd dimensional vibration and operate from it because the 3D world is all around us constantly.  We live in a 3D world after all.
But focussing too intently on day to day 3rd dimensional happenings can actually lower a person’s vibration.  Where your attention goes, energy flows…. and if the attention is narrowly focussed then the vibration narrowly focusses to match the vibration where that focus is directed.

As a multi-dimensional being therefore, you are only operating in the 3rd Dimension, if this is where you are placing all of your focus, and not making use of the other dimensions you could be utilising.

There seems to be a vibration rate which represents the vibration we are living as (on average) most of the time.  You could also call this your “home” dimension or your “default” vibration.  This is a result of your awareness of yourself and the world around you – which some people would refer to as your consciousness.  Your vibration rate organically rises through all sorts of energy work and choices and actions that you take in your life that are in alignment with your soul self.  As your consciousness grows, your vibration raises and you are then resonating within a different dimension.

If your vibration raises enough for your “default” or “home” vibration to be in the 5th dimension for example and you then focus on something intently in the 3rd dimension it feels very uncomfortable.  Your most comfortable place to be is now in the 5th dimension so lowering your vibration to a 3rd dimensional level does not feel great!  I would describe it as confusing, stressful, physically uncomfortable and mentally exhausting.

But, we constantly have 3rd dimensional distractions and things we need to focus on in our daily lives.   So we can’t run away from the 3D world and neither would we want to, because it can be amazing!

Awareness of what is going on at a multi-dimensional level seems to really help.  If we are clear on what our “home” dimension or vibration is (and this can change as we evolve so don’t get focussed on a certain level and stay there long term) and if it is higher than the 3rd dimension, then any interactions with the 3D world need to be general in nature.  As soon as the focus on 3D issues becomes too intense or narrow, the result will be uncomfortable and stressful, which will bring up fears and insecurities which all drag the vibration down even further.

There are two ways of dealing with 3D issues from a multi-dimensional perspective.  You could either stay in your “home” vibration and take a broad view of the 3D issue, OR, move to 3D for a short time with awareness of what you are doing and why.

If you really do need to concentrate on something 3D and take a narrow focus for a short time then it is OK to shift your vibration to the 3rd dimension with awareness of what you are doing in order to fully connect and understand the issue or learn the information (if you are studying a 3D course for example).  When you have finished your task, you can then bring your awareness to shifting back to your “default” or “home” dimension.

When you consciously shift your vibration to the level of where your focus needs to be you no longer feel as uncomfortable.  You feel like you belong at this level, your focus and concentration is on the task at hand, and then you can move your vibration back “home” again.

The other way to connect with a 3D situation is from a broad perspective.  Think of a bigger picture analogy.  What appears right in front of you from such a narrow focus might not show you all the possibilities available to you.  So don’t drop your vibration to focus on a something before you have tried the broad focus because it may work great!

With a broad perspective you are actually using a multi-dimensional (big picture) perspective.  This means you can observe and interact with the world from a place where you are not so involved in the vibration of the dimension where the activity is taking place.  This can help prevent you from getting involved in a lot of 3D issues that really aren’t any of your concern saving you a lot of energy and stress as well.  But if it is something that you do need to be involved in with your full focus, then you can either be involved with a broad view from your “home” dimension, OR bring your vibration to match the level of the problem or issue, focus on it from this level, and when done, bring your vibration back up to your “home” or “default” level.

We are multidimensional beings moving our vibration between different dimensions constantly.  This happens all the time without our awareness.  The more our consciousness expands, the higher the vibrations we are able to access, and our “home” vibration also increases.  If we are not aware of these vibrational shifts and how we can focus on these dimensions it will feel like we are going up and down in our lives constantly out of control, swinging from the low dimensions back up the high dimensions.

Embody a certain vibration, call this home, where you are most comfortable, and then visit different vibrations from this place.  Rather than swinging from the highs to the lows constantly without awareness.

An easy way to find your home or default dimension is to meditate and scan through each of the dimensions to see how they feel to you.  This can be a simple process of just saying the name of the dimension, connecting to its vibration and then seeing how it feels.  You may find that your “home” vibration is where you really felt nothing at all – because it is a place where you aren’t “connecting” with something that is different from your own vibration.  If you go higher than your home dimension it will probably feel amazing, like you are raising your vibration, and when you connect lower than your home dimension may feel a bit icky or uncomfortable.

It may be a good practice to remind yourself during the day to return to your home dimension/vibration especially if it is a busy eventful day full of 3D activities.

Try this out for yourself.  Anything that helps us bring conscious awareness to how we operate in this world and brings awareness to our multi-dimensional nature helps us all evolve and empowers us through knowledge and experience of who we are.

Thank you very much for this information. I looking for how we can help ourselves in this 3th dimension using the wisdom and the experience from the other dimensions. How we can be in contact with all parts of our Soul?

Thank you for your comment. Just by using your awareness and intention you can be accessing the wisdom from all dimensions. They are all a part of you so it is quite easy and doesn't have to be too complicated. You can do this in meditation or just by being aware of your signs and messages. As this article points out, to use the higher wisdom for a 3D issue, take a broad view OR move to the 3D vibration and focus for awhile on a solution and then move back to a higher dimension of awareness. This will all help bring the wisdom from the other dimensions and from all parts of your soul into your 3D life. I hope this helps
