Meditation to re-focus

This short meditation is a quick way to refocus away from stress and back on your inner power and the flow of your life.  Sometimes life's stressors can get overwhelming and it is useful to remember to connect within, and then when you open your eyes the choices and the pathway forward become clearer.

Stress is only created by us when we have an attachment to an outcome or are fixed on how we want things to turn out.  We become stressed when things "don't go to plan". 

Remembering that life has it's own flow and that we co-create our life within this flow reduces stress.
