New Human (Part 5) - Money

In the 3rd dimension our lives very often revolve around money.  In the 5th dimension money does not magically disappear from our lives, in fact it is vitally important to our physical existence but the awareness around money can be quite different. Because money gives us many of our 3D experiences it can also be difficult to untangle the 3D energies and the 5D awareness of these experiences when money links them together.

We know that to fully experience our soul selves in the physical body we need experiences.  These can be travel, different locations, foods, different living environments, concerts etc.  So much of this depends on money.  It can create that unlimited feeling of expansiveness that goes with the 5th dimension.  But it is so difficult to get past the blocks around money that we create in the 3rd dimension.  And for me personally, this is the hardest stage to move through – the main issue keeping me from letting go of the 3rd dimension all together.  So I may not have all the answers yet, but I am happy to share what I have learned so far.

When you can really connect with your fear about money – or more accurately – the fear of lack of money (that I know is inside all of us!), you may be surprised to find out it is not your fear at all.  It is your family’s and society’s fear around the lack of money.  In fact it never was yours but you learned how to use the fear.  You learned that it is important to fear the lack of money in order to have it and hold it.  This does not have to be you and it is not who you are as a multi-dimensional being.

If you have an awareness of spiritual concepts then you may find that you have an internal battle with money.  You know the concept that money is unlimited and important in your life in order to express your soul self and yet you are painfully aware of its limitations and lack in your life.  You fight this knowledge internally but you also hold the fears.  When you realise that the fears around money are not yours it can then make it all seem like a silly game and make it a little easier to let go of the fear.

So how do we form new 5th dimensional beliefs around money?

We have to remember that in the 3rd dimension there are rules – good/bad, wrong/right – limits and structures.  In the 4th dimension we have laws – in this case the ‘law of attraction’.  Whereas in the 5th dimension there are agreements, wisdom, creation and unlimited resources.

If we can apply these dimensional principles then when we reach the 5th dimension we look at money from a whole new perspective.

Money is simply just energy, it floats in and out of our energy fields.  We get it and use it – we acquire what we need or want around us, we eat, experience, enjoy, plant, grow, maintain, nurture, have fun, create, enjoy laughter and love life all through money.  It is the cornerstone of human existence and experience.  Of course there is more to life than just money and there are experiences that money just can’t buy, but at its core, money is pure love and growth. It carries the energy of love and nurture and needs to be embraced by us, not feared by us.

If money provides love and nurture and fun, then if we treat money with love, nurture and fun we will have fun spending money and receiving money.  If you go and buy something with fear of not having enough left over or fear of not being able to pay for it, or guilt for spending money, then it isn’t as much fun.  When you allow the energy of money (love and nurture) to permeate all transactions that you have with money then you are embodying the energy of money.

In the 5th dimension we also use the energy of creation without limits.  Usually in the 3rd dimension we have a set pay or income with set hours.  We use the rules and limits that are set up here.  But in the 5th dimension we can create money using any means that we wish.  We can think outside these limits and start to attract money, gifts and experiences that our soul directs us to in all sorts of amazing ways.

When we have the mindset of lack then all we see is the lack of money.  But it is always there.  The energy of nurture and love is always there and is unlimited and so therefore is money because it is the same vibration and energy and intent.

Feeling grateful for what you have is an important step in moving out of 3D money fear.  But it is a 4th dimensional trait.  When we feel grateful we do shift our energy and mindset but quite often we then settle for what we have, telling ourselves it is not right to want more because what we have is enough.  In the 5th dimension we are able to tap into the creative flow and unlimited potential of source, which means we literally create the money and therefore the experiences that our soul guides us to have.

When we embody the 5th dimensional energies it means that we know who we are and we are being our authentic selves.  We express our soul selves out into the world.  This is also what attracts abundance to us in the form of money and experiences.

I was once told that I would never be rich but I would always have enough money to do what I wanted to do.
Intuitavely this made me genuinely happy.
On a more conscious level I then acknowledged that this comment revolves around my wants. The less I want from the material world, the more I have. There is quite a difference between needs and wants. Wants are generally determined by our media and society and we are led to believe that they are necessary and will make us happy.
Intent, I believe is the key. Do you enjoy the way that you earn money?
Is your intent behind earning to make more money (selfish) or to contribute fairly and positively to society. If you have family, do you allow time without work stress to connect with them or does the lure of the dollar keep your cortisol levels at a peak?
When you spend money is the intention to impress others or to simply satisfy your needs?
Personally as a family of 5 we work mindfully (ie remain present and committed) and honestly when we do work but we only work as much as necessary to support a comfortable lifestyle. We then have time for family and personal interests. This also keeps us healthy and genuinely happy. We never skimp on quality and ethical purchases whether it be food (farmers markets and small business, avoiding 'super stores') clothes, linen, toys, cooking utensils and vessels but we only buy what we need.

Hi Rebecca,

Thanks for your comment.

I agree with you about the difference between needs and wants. If we are driven by the ego/mind then our wants will be about society and having the latest and greatest that money can buy, and this isn't really authentic. We can then become a slave to the work system just to keep up with our expectations of what 'stuff' we think we should have.

But from a soul perspective, there is so much to experience in this world. This is why we chose the human existence. So to limit ourselves of these experiences due to lack of money is not a higher dimensional quality.

For example, if my soul is guiding me towards an overseas family holiday, then this is a want but it is also a need, but from a deep soulful place, not from a ego/mind place.

If I feel full of life when I experience the opera, then this is not just a want, but a need that I would choose to spend money on opera tickets.

What one person determines as enough money to support their needs, will be different from someone else. It is quite personal.

Finding the balance is important for everyone.

What I am trying to explore in this article is the way that money (as a means to experience ourselves in this human existence) can be viewed differently in the 3rd dimension compared to the 5th dimension. The main keys being lack mindset, rules and limitations.

In the 5th dimension there would be no buying of "stuff" that wasn't needed by the human or the soul. Money takes on an energy of love and nurture, which is what you are describing in the purchases that you choose to make for your family.

I believe that knowing who we are at our unique soul level holds the key to living an authentic and joyful life.  Once we know who we are, we can begin to BE who we are, and then BECOME who we were always destined to be.
In this blog I share with you multi-dimensional soul insights to inspire you to evolve into the person who you were born to be
