Oneness through the Breath

Here is an excerpt from some recent Soul Writing (channeled writing) I did for myself.   I hope some of this information can also help you.

How can oneness be achieved on a personal growth level?
By being at one with yourself.  There are also so many parts of you – your physical body, emotional, mental bodies, higher self, ego just to name a few.  There is also all the different body parts, cells, organs, tissues that make up your body.  There are so many parts to you.  It is useful to get to know each of these parts, but to experience the oneness, then all of these parts come together as one - as one fully functioning unit working in cooperation with all parts.

Most decisions that you make in your life only involve a few of your parts.  Usually just your mind and your emotions which will influence your body to move and action the decision.  Not all of you will be on board with all decisions though, and this is where you get fears and resistance showing up from your ego, or maybe your emotional body gets stirred up and you feel emotional about decisions.

Once you are all on the same page about your life then you experience the oneness.

How do we bring all those pieces of us together?
Through awareness and love.  Just knowing that you are made up of lots of individual pieces and then loving these pieces back together will work.

Loving yourself back together is about embracing all parts of you.  This includes the ego/mind and the physical body.  These are usually the hardest for most people to love.  They prefer to focus on the feel good parts of themselves or the higher more exciting or evolved parts of themselves like their higher self or soul or spirit.

But the physical body is just as precious and important.  As is the mind.  Most of you have only experienced the lower aspects of these pieces of yourself; the monkey chatter mind and the pain and limitation of the physical body.  It is so difficult to remove yourself from your past experiences and beliefs about these parts of you.  Many also feel this about their emotional bodies especially when they have been through early heartbreak and emotional pain through love, loss and grief.

Not being afraid of these parts of you and instead loving whole-heartedly every piece of you raises the vibration of all parts so that they can all vibrate at the same level and form oneness.

How do we love ourselves?
By acceptance.  Awareness of who you are helps you to accept who you are and then you can love who you are.

This sounds clichéd but it does work!

Even the word love is difficult to comprehend when talking about loving yourself.  It is so difficult to go deep into the meaning of this word.  Deep enough to not just scratch the surface of “putting up with” these parts of us, but deeply and without boundaries, loving ourselves to the core of our being.

If your body has let you down in the past through disease or injury it can even be difficult to trust your body again let alone love it unconditionally.  This just takes time and perseverance.  Layer by layer you come to see the beauty in your body, you see how it is loving you back and supporting you.

Bring awareness to the body and what it can do for you so well.  You take for granted so much that your body is and can do.  It is the most miraculous of all creations.  Breathing life into a body every day is the greatest fulfillment of the highest possible energies in this universe.  Most people never even notice their breath.  But it connects all parts of you.  It is the connector, the love, the energy that flows through all parts of you.

Through your breath you can bring love to all parts, and through the breath you can access oneness.

How can we use the breath to attain oneness?
By simply breathing, you the human physical body, is bringing life to all parts of you.  It may just feel like your lungs and diaphragm are doing all the work independently of anything else, but with each breath your emotional body receives life giving energy, your ego is supported, your higher self receives its insights, and of course the cells in your body receive their oxygen.

The breath is oneness complete.

Awareness of the breath and how it is feeding and nourishing and connecting every part of you is a wonderful bringer of higher oneness energy.

Take a breath in and feel all parts of you working and breathing in harmony together with the breath.  The mind focuses on the breath and rests for a second or two, the ego relaxes into the breath feeling safe and secure, the higher self reaches new levels of insight, the emotional body releases and expands to love even more, and the physical body expands and softens.  All parts of you working together as one and feeling the expansiveness of the universe with every breath.

When we are in pain or sick with disease it is very difficult to love our bodies.  How can we love our bodies to good health?
Sometimes it is difficult for you to know what is good and bad when it comes to your body.  A clearing or detoxing in your body feels horrible.  And yet it is the most loving and healing thing that can happen to your body.  So often you see these pains and problems as something you need to fix or overcome or fight with drugs, but it is actually the wonder and strength of your body that is happening right in front of you.

But if there is severe pain, surely we shouldn’t have to put up with it or smile through it?
No not really.  But why is the body in pain?  Is it releasing some deeply held emotional pain?  Would allowing this pain to run its course also release this emotion bringing you closer to oneness?

Can we do this without pain?
Unfortunately this is due to denseness of the human existence.  Pain is part of the human experience.  But it is not to be feared either.  It is a state of mind and body.  It is all connected.  If you feel a pain in your body could it be a pain in your emotions, or a pain in your mental thoughts?

If you feel pain in your body then breathe the energy of life through this place; soften your body with love.

Try breathing into this part of your body with awareness of all the different parts of you.  Breathe into this place with the emotional body, breathe with the mental body, breathe with the soul, breathe with the physical body, breathe with the ego, breathe with the higher self, breathe with any other aspects of you that you are aware of.  All parts of you connect to bring life and oneness and flow into this part of your body that experiences pain.

Let that part of your body soften and relax and then the flow of life and love will happen.
